Sire is grey Abanico XVIII at Gerval Dressage in Quebec and dam is imported from Texas, a black mare from Herradura Andalusians, a top breeder that has produced consistent national winners for over 25 years. Niya is registered with the International Andalusian and Lusitano Horse Association and is inscribed with the Spanish breeding registry ANCCE.
